As a consequence of encountering so many incompetent Mortgage Brokers over the years, Matthew Anand the Director of Good Debt Finance, became so frustrated at the poor level of knowledge and services of some Brokers and lending institutions that he decided to take matters in his own hands and become a Broker himself. This not only allowed him to obtain first hand information but also ensure that any loan he applied for was approved.
As a result Good Debt Finance was formed and is a privately owned and operated Mortgage Broking business in South Australia. As our business is mainly generated through word of mouth and no real marketing whatsoever, we always strive to do the very best by our clients.
We are a full member of the mortgage industry’s governing body, the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) and are accredited with over 60 different Lenders ranging from major banks, credit unions, building societies, non-bank and non conforming lenders. This enables us to provide you with a high number of loan options and products to choose from. One important note to make is that we don’t sell our own loan products and are not part of any franchise which allows us to provide advice specifically tailored to your situation with an un-biased service.
